Programmable logical controller
At the moment, our company is actively developing a microprocessor complex consisting of a programmable logic controller (PLC) and I/O modules.
The structure of the complex is modular, which allows organizing remote collection and processing of information.
The communication between the PLC and the I/O modules is organized on the digital deterministic bus CAN (protocol CANOpen), which allows connecting up to 127 I / O modules in one bus with the PLC.
Such a solution allows you to place remote I/O modules in close proximity to the technological platform and equipment, and the PLC itself in a control room or operator room.
The PLC is built on the basis of a microcontroller manufactured by BECK IPC (Germany).

The programming environment
As the programming environment of the PLC, the software complex CoDeSys v2.3 is used by 3S-Smart Software Solutions GmbH, which supports programming languages IEC 61131-3-ST, FBD, SFC, LD, IL.
The CoDeSys complex is distributed free of charge, which allows the Customer to save substantially on the purchase of the PLC software tool.
